what is theater?
so to say it is imitating. what it is imitating?
aha this is important now, it is imitating the status of human. telling, showing teaching, giving lesson about the human and human affairs. Theater is same like love. Even though it sorrow and gives pain but sometimes even there is a pleasure in sadness. however we love to love even it gives painful moment. Theater is similar to world, it set out beauties, ugliness and truths of the world. in theater people labor on their feeling, toughs, expectations or complains. stage is screen to show what is going on around us, and shows what is wrong. theater is a literature and it is a treasure for the nation. usage of this treasure now a days not really often, people usually prefer to go cinema or they watch theater plays from their plasma TV. now going to theater is not a tradition anymore but cinema. long time ago people were going to theater intentionally. most of them found themselves in play and used to get lesson. on the other hand going to theater was considered as royalty. but now a days we even don't know how to behave in playhouse.
anyhow we don't encourage our kids to go to the theater, even though ourselves are not interested to go to this piece of art. Every time we keep saying that theater is important and interesting. it is really. today how media and varieties of media are plays important roles to shape people's mind and to effect the whole country.Long time ago and even now theater also can function as mass media. To deliver social affairs to the people and then let them to think them selves and to show some ways in a reflective ways, theater was a great tool.
i knew how theater is important to people, in what way. but i didn't know much thing about theater it self and it's details. this sem. I'm taking language of drama and something start to get shape in my mind about theater and drama. i hope i ll appreciate with this artistic skill, and hope that i ll really like it without being bored...
